Ok, today i like to share with you all a simple yet fulfilling powerpoint presentation by our dear Matt Cutts (Just click his name to learn about him, HINT: SEO GURU). This is his slideshow which he present during WordCamp 2007 about simple whitehat SEOing for bloggers which including a set of his preferable plugins (for wordpress mindyou), some tips on moving to other domain (i.e from free blog to self-hosted blog) all through to either using dashed or underscores in permalinks (stick with dashed one ;)).
My fav tips are:
SEO Tips: Getting known | Get known by the community of internet user by using various tactics. But the proven one which is really works (referring to Matt) are:-
- Provide Useful Services (WebAps, *KEYWORD* Generators, other 2.0 thingy)
- Creativity (Creates BUzz) | Do some amazing stunt/usefull content with a twist or controversial content. But please make it “white”. also included some of the example in this category.
- Avoid Mistakes such as did not changing the permalinks to more SEO friendly one and newly heard tips for me: Do not use sponsored theme, as google wil lose trust in you. (Sir.Alang, it would be nice if you could share some info
)

Happy holiday!
ps: The powerpoint is so simple, no Background, no fancy fonts, even no Google Logo! It means, all those fancy stuff is not needed in this industry (SEO), just plain content and hard-hitting proof to follow. And, please leave some love ( comment
